Pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 clove Garlic, pressed or minced<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00c2\u00bd lb. boneless Top Sirloin Steak, about 1\u00e2\u20ac\u009d thick<\/p>\n<p>1 C. halved red and yellow Cherry Tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>2 Green Onions, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>2 T. Butter<\/p>\n<p>6oz. Portabella or Crimini Mushrooms, sliced<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In large Ziploc bag combine lemon juice, oil, oregano, pepper and garlic, shake to blend well.\u00c2\u00a0 Place steak in bag; seal then turn to coat steak on all sides.\u00c2\u00a0 Refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.\u00c2\u00a0 About 15-20 minutes before cooking, remove it from bag and set aside, reseving marinade.\u00c2\u00a0 Combine tomatoes and green onion in small bowl, set aside.\u00c2\u00a0 Preheat grill pan over medium high heat until hot.\u00c2\u00a0 Add steak to pan and cook six minutes; turn steak over and reduce heat to medium.\u00c2\u00a0 Continue cooking until steak is well browned on second side and done to your liking (about six minutes more for medium rare).\u00c2\u00a0 Meanwhile heat 10\u00e2\u20ac\u009d skillet over medium high heat.\u00c2\u00a0 Add remaining butter and wait one minute.\u00c2\u00a0 Add mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.\u00c2\u00a0 Add reserved marinade and cook until almost all liquid has evaporated.\u00c2\u00a0 Cut steak across grain into thin slanting slices.\u00c2\u00a0 Spoon mushrooms over steak; garnish with tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yield:<\/p>\n<p>Calories:<\/p>\n<p>Fat:<\/p>\n<p>Fiber:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3 T.
