Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. Butter<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. minced Shallots<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. peeled minced Fresh Ginger<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Sesame Seeds<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Lime Juice<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Soy Sauce<\/p>\n<p>Steamed and Buttered Bok Choy as accompaniment<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Combine flour, salt and pepper on a plate.\u00a0 Lightly dust fish with flour and set aside.\u00a0 Pour 2 T. oil in a large skillet and heat over high heat until hot.\u00a0 Saut\u00e9 half the fish for 3 minutes a side.\u00a0 Keep fish warm while cooking remaining fish in remaining oil.\u00a0 Drain oil from pan; add butter, shallots, ginger and sesame seeds.\u00a0 Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 2 minutes.\u00a0 Add lime juice and soy sauce and cook, stirring, another minute.\u00a0 Spoon sauce over fish and serve with buttered bok choy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yield:<\/p>\n<p>Calories:<\/p>\n<p>Fat:<\/p>\n<p>Fiber:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1\/2 C.
