EVOO<\/p>\n<p>Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>4 7\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Pitas<\/p>\n<p>2 C. shredded Mozzarella Cheese<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00bd C. fresh Arugula, chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350.
