Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. In another saut\u00c3\u00a9 pan, combine the tomatoes, broth, and cream in another saut\u00c3\u00a9 pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Fold in the sausage from the first pan. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Gently fold a spoonful of the sauce into the drained pasta, toss gently, and place in a pasta bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, spoon sauce over the freshly cooked pasta and top with cheese.
