Worcestershire Sauce<br \/>\n1 small Onion, finely chopped (1\/4 C.)<br \/>\n1 T. fresh Lemon Juice<br \/>\n1 clove Garlic, minced<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Place the steak in a 13 x 9&#8243; glass baking dish. Combine the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Pour the mixture over the strak. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning once. Place the steak on a broiler rack and brush with the marinade. Broil 3&#8243; from the heat for five minutes. Turn, brush with marinade, and broil for 3-5 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 145 degrees (for medium-rare).
