Quick Cooking Grits<\/p>\n<p>1 C. shredded Cheddar<\/p>\n<p>1 C. Cottage Cheese, blended until smooth<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray..
