Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp. nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 C. grated mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>5 c cooked bowtie pasta<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. grated parmesan<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 C. grated cheddar (mild)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400F. In a large pot over medium heat, saut\u00c3\u00a9 onion, garlic, and mushrooms in butter. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, half and half, and clams. Mix well. Add Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and thyme.\u00c2\u00a0 Bring to a low boil. Stir in mozzarella and pasta.\u00c2\u00a0 Simmer 15 minutes. Place mixture in a well-greased 2qt casserole dish.\u00c2\u00a0 Sprinkle with parmesan and top with cheddar.
