Dried leaf tarragon<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>15 oz Canned navy or great northern beans; drained<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. White wine<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. Soymilk powder<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. Dark miso<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 T. Lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>Red bell pepper; diced, for garnish<\/p>\n<p>Scallions; sliced, for garnish<\/p>\n<p>In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add onion, mushrooms, scallions, leeks and tarragon; saut\u00c3\u00a9 until onions are transparent, about 5 minutes. Stir in beans; reduce heat to medium-low. In a bowl, whisk together wine, soymilk powder, miso and lemon juice. Add to skillet; simmer gently 5 minutes.
