Ground Cumin<br \/>\n2 Green Onions, chopped fine<br \/>\n2 T. Mild Green Chili, chopped<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor or blender mix the black beans, tomato paste, water, garlic, lime juice, and cumin.  Whirl for 1 minute, or until it forms a smooth paste.
