Cauliflower<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>1 T. All-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 C. Skim milk<\/p>\n<p>2 T. Chopped green chilies<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Butter<\/p>\n<p>1\/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/8 tsp. Black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. Low fat cheddar cheese, shredded<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. Fresh bread crumbs<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350F. Steam cauliflower just until tender; drain. Melt margarine in a medium size saucepan over medium heat. In a jar with lid combine flour, red pepper, salt, pepper, and milk; shake until blended.\u00c2\u00a0 Slowly add to margarine in saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth. Add cheese and continue stirring until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in chilies. Arrange cauliflower in a 2 quart baking dish; pour sauce over cauliflower, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
