Tear the basil leaves, halve the tomatoes and toss over chicken. Using a tsp. of bouillon or Miso mix with half C. of boiling water to make a stock and then pour over chicken. Fold over the foil to make a parcel and bake in the oven on 400F for 20 minutes.
