Dark Sesame Oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Cumin<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper<\/p>\n<p>4 Green Onions, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rinse chickpeas and put them in the bowl of a food processor.\u00c2\u00a0 Begin to process, gradually adding the hot water to obtain a light, spreadable consistency.\u00c2\u00a0 Add the lemon juice, garlic, peanut butter, sesame oil, cumin and cayenne and season to taste with salt and pepper.\u00c2\u00a0 Process until well blended and smooth.\u00c2\u00a0 Mound the spread into a serving bowl or on a platter surrounded by pita chips.\u00c2\u00a0 Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro and olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>15oz.
