Dry the potatoes and put them in a large bowl. Coat with oil, sprinkle seasonings to taste and toss well. Let them sit for about 10-15 min.\u00c2\u00a0 Make a cookie sheet out of heavy aluminum foil and spread the potatoes on this, laying them on their sides. Place on a low to medium-low preheated BBQ grill and close the lid for about 10 minutes. Turn them and cook about 10 more minutes or until fork tender. If you don&#8217;t have a grill, you can do this in an oven at 375 degrees F.
