Old Bay Seasoning<\/p>\n<p>Swiss cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 T. butter<\/p>\n<p>2 onions, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 C. sliced mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>2 T. white wine<\/p>\n<p>Kaiser Rolls<\/p>\n<p>Sour cream<\/p>\n<p>Mix ground beef with seasoning and form into patties.\u00c2\u00a0 Spray frying pan with nonstick spray. Heat over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook for 4 minutes, turn, and cook for additional 4 minutes, or until temperature reaches 155\u00c2\u00b0-160\u00c2\u00b0. Top each with Swiss cheese.\u00c2\u00a0 Melt butter in skillet, saut\u00c3\u00a9 onions until golden. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add mushrooms and saut\u00c3\u00a9 for 3 or 4 minutes. Add wine. Toast buns in oven; place cheeseburger on top of bun. Spoon onion and mushroom mixture over the patty.
