Milk<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00bd tsp. Vanilla<\/p>\n<p>4 T. melted Butter<\/p>\n<p>12 medium Strawberries<\/p>\n<p>2-3 T. Sugar<\/p>\n<p>Sift together all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Preheat oven to 375.\u00c2\u00a0 Place muffin papers in tin.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Breaks eggs into a second bowl.\u00c2\u00a0 Add milk, vanilla and melted butter.\u00c2\u00a0 Whisk about 20 times.\u00c2\u00a0 Pour milk mixture into the flour mixture.\u00c2\u00a0 Mix with the spoon \u00e2\u20ac\u0153until the flour is all gone\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.\u00c2\u00a0 Fill muffin papers halfway (use a \u00c2\u00bc C measure).\u00c2\u00a0 Roll a strawberry in sugar the put it in the center of the muffin, pushing it down into the batter.\u00c2\u00a0 Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted all the way down comes out clean.
