These are after I’d pulled out all the things that should be stored elsewhere.<\/p>\n

This is where I am now. \u00c2\u00a0I discovered that I have a lot more processed crap than I thought I did. \u00c2\u00a0I don’t prepare so much processed junk on a daily basis. \u00c2\u00a0Some of it has been in there a long time. \u00c2\u00a0I realize food can be good after the expiration, but I had 10 years past the expiration date on a couple grocery bags full of stuff that is gone now.<\/p>\n

So much more room for storing stuff. \u00c2\u00a0I do store potatoes and onions and fresh fruit and squash and things in a different place. \u00c2\u00a0I may use those carts in the back for that now. \u00c2\u00a0Or I may move them and use that 3’x4′ space forfood grade buckets when I get to that point.<\/p>\n

This isn’t all my food on hand. \u00c2\u00a0This is really the storage pantry. \u00c2\u00a0Stuff I use every day is more accessible to the stove. \u00c2\u00a0Baking supplies, cereal, fats and oils, spices and seasonings, unrefrigerated condiments, nut spreads, jams, and honey, breads, along with the root veggies and such I mentioned above are all in cupboards and countertop storage containers for easy access.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
