I know I&#8217;m complaining, but honestly, I feel very fortunate that I AM able to take the time to do this.\u00c2\u00a0 A full time working mom wouldn&#8217;t have the chance to exhause herself this way; and it&#8217;s worth it for the kidlet.<\/p>\n<p>Another fairly simple lunch.\u00c2\u00a0 I suspect that the rice crackers *might* come back.\u00c2\u00a0 He&#8217;s had them before, but didn&#8217;t love them, and this is the big box (650ml), and usually is too much food for him.\u00c2\u00a0 It will be interesting to see if the crackers or the veggies are the things that get left by the wayside when he gets too full to finish.\u00c2\u00a0 Fortunately, the teacher instills a &#8220;no waste&#8221; kind of policy and has the kids put everything back into thier boxes, so I always get to see what&#8217;s left over.\u00c2\u00a0 His leftovers aren&#8217;t usually edible like a disposable lunch with baggies of crackers or such all separate, but I still like to see how the lunches are faring with him.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Edit: and the winner of the &#8220;what came home today&#8221; contest &#8211; a tie!\u00c2\u00a0 half the crackers and half the veggies!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kinderbento25.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-742\" title=\"Kindergarten Bento #25\" src=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kinderbento25.jpg\" alt=\"Kindergarten Bento #25\" width=\"461\" height=\"347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kinderbento25.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kinderbento25-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kinderbento25-1024x770.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 461px) 100vw, 461px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fruit salad (pineapple, papaya, golden rasperberries, raisins, blackberries, strawberry stars) with little fork picks for eating the mushier pieces.\u00c2\u00a0 Carrots, purple cauliflower, grape tomato.\u00c2\u00a0 Turkey and cheese on whole grain white, cheese stars.\u00c2\u00a0 Babybel cheese with star cutout and some rice crackers.<\/p>\n<p>Time taken: 15 minutes, no prep last night.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m really tired and dragging, with another 2 hours of classroom volunteering and the baking left to do.
