{"id":1555,"date":"2010-08-25T13:18:44","date_gmt":"2010-08-25T20:18:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/?p=1555"},"modified":"2010-08-25T16:31:02","modified_gmt":"2010-08-25T23:31:02","slug":"amusing-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/?p=1555","title":{"rendered":"Amusing Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We \u00c2\u00a0joined my SiL and her 2 kids at <a href=\"http:\/\/oakspark.com\/\">Oaks Park <\/a>today.\u00c2\u00a0 Twice a\u00c2\u00a0week they open at 9:30 (instead of noon) for just the 0-6 crowd.\u00c2\u00a0 They only man the kiddie rides, and I guess after the 2 hours they have a little snack time, although we didn&#8217;t stay for that as Baby L needed to get home to nap.\u00c2\u00a0 (In fact, she passed out the second I put her in her car seat, even though it was early for nap time!)<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t get many pictures; picture taking with a toddler in arms is a difficult proposition.\u00c2\u00a0 Baby L only went on a few (mostly) gentle, flat rides.\u00c2\u00a0 Kidlet will go on any thing no matter how crazy looking \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0847.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1558\" title=\"IMG_0847\" src=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0847.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0847.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0847-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The kids on the train.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0845.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1557\" title=\"IMG_0845\" src=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0845.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0845.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0845-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kidlet couldn&#8217;t get his cousin to ride with him on this mini roller coaster.\u00c2\u00a0 I said &#8220;are you sure you will be OK alone&#8221; when he decided he was going anyway.\u00c2\u00a0 I got SUCH a scathing look.\u00c2\u00a0 Of course, this is the kid who would have spent all day on Space Mountain when he was only 4, so I don&#8217;t know why I asked!
